Terra's nurturing touch and Ignis's fiery passion sometimes clashed. Ignis, in his zeal to cleanse and renew, would sometimes scorch the lands Terra so carefully cultivated. Terra, in her steadfastness, would sometimes smother Ignis's flames, preventing necessary change. One such conflict arose when Ignis, believing a region had become stagnant, sent a meteor shower to rejuvenate the land. Terra, however, saw the potential destruction of her delicate ecosystems and raised mountains to shield the area. The clash of fire and earth shook the planet, creating volcanoes and earthquakes. Fang, amused by their squabble, intervened subtly, whispering through the wind, suggesting a compromise. Ignis agreed to temper his fires, and Terra agreed to allow controlled burns, understanding the need for renewal. This event became known as the "Dance of Fire and Earth," a reminder of the balance between creation and destruction.
